At AL Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
